This restaurant was the best unexpected joy to run in to. Everything was prepared perfectly and masterfully executed. I want everyone to taste the Gorgonzola risotto! I can”t get over it.

If you are at Syracuse, this is the place you have to go for dinner. The host welcomes us with a warm smile. I had white wine paired with sea urchin black spaghetti and cod, followed by dessert. I highly recommend this place!

We had a private dinner here. The owner was gracious and so was his staff. The courses were delicious and up scale. It has a great ambiance but I world suggest to remove those old newspaper clippings on the wall as something more modern would work better with the vibe.

Restaurant Ufficio in Syracuse is undoubtedly the best dining experience in the city, and arguably in all of Sicily. The owners are dedicated to sourcing the highest quality products available, ensuring that each dish is fresh and flavorful. Their commitment to excellence is evident in their seasonally changing menu, which highlights the best ingredients of the time. The service is exceptional, making every visit a memorable one. I can't recommend it highly enough. ---

Genuinely passionate about his food, with a nice tasting menu and unusual wine suggestions that worked well. Pleasant indoor dining with outside space too. Visited again after 4 years - didn't disappoint. Inventive, tasty, with great service. Will be back again next year.

Maybe this extraordinary restaurant deserves a Michelin star. The cooking is elegant and better than anything else I have eaten in Sicily - including ones with a Michelin star. Fish is the core of this menu with traditional flavours elevated by the wonderful chef. Service is attentive and talking about the food shows the passion here for flavour and integrity - with a menu you will not find elsewhere.

Had the definitive dish of my stay in Sicily so far. The Matalotta was simply outstanding. The broth was the star of the show, the cod was simply a soup delivery vehicle. They had a wonderful set of gluten free offerings. Stop by if you are in the area, it's a good time.

Gluten free pasta was one of the best I've had in Sicily so far. Great place for a nicer meal that feels like it was made with love.
